It is not unusual for students to feel ok in the morning and then worse as the day goes along. If your child is not feeling well while at Heartwood, we will distance them from other students and call you for a pick up. We require that you, or an emergency contact, pick up your sick child within 30 minutes of our call.

We are unable to offer refunds if a child cannot attend due to illness.
